About Us
In 2006, after several years as co-owner of Carminuccio's Pizza in Newtown, Connecticut, David Reno Kennedy brought his award-winning, nationally-recognized pizza recipe to his hometown of Orange.  After an extensive renovation of a building originally built by his grandfather, Reno Serfilippi, in the 1970s, Reno's Pizzeria opened at 89 Boston Post Road.

After nearly four years at that location, Reno's relocated to 500 Boston Post Road to make room for a Taco Bell restaurant at their old site.  David is excited to be at another newly renovated restaurant bringing  you the same delicious, high quality food you have grown to love.  As always, we shop for our produce daily and use only Grande cheese on our pizza.  We have taken time to select just the right tomatoes for our delicious sauce that we make in house.  We make our own dough from scratch daily as well.  For those who want something other than pizza, we offer fresh, meal sized salads, sandwiches, and Italian specialties like broccoli rabe, sausage and peppers, and cavatelli and broccoli.

We pride ourselves on giving back to the Orange community.  In 2007, our business was recognized by the Orange Chamber of Commerce with a community service award for the fundraisers we do for local schools and community organizations.

David is a lifelong resident of Orange where he lives with his wife, Stephanie, and three sons.  He is a graduate of Providence College and Quinnipiac School of Law.  Prior to owning his restaurants, he practiced law in Hamden, Connecticut.
